Conference Fee

Conference registration fee is paid in NOKs, which is the currency of Norway. The fee is inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government.
The conference fee is inclusive of a Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 29 August, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, organ concert in the Nidaros Cathedral on Thursday, 31 August, walking tour along the coast line of Trondheim on Friday, 1 September.
Early fee lasts until 31 May. From 1 June the conference fee will be increased and will be 2300 NOK and from 15 July 2600 NOK.
One Day Tickets are applicable ONLY for those living in Trondheim and Trondheim region.
Online registration will be closed on 20 August.
Onsite registration is possible at Registration Fee 3000 NOK.

Special Requirements
Accommodation
Each participant should arrange her/his own hotel reservation. 
The organisers of the conference have reserved rooms at  several hotels in Trondheim for the benefit of the participants.These rooms will be allocated to participants free of any handling fee.

Terms and Conditions
Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat - e-mail: 11ichc@videre.ntnu.no The cancellation fee will be NOK 700 administration charge for cancellations received within 28 July. For cancellations received from 29 July the fees must be paid in full. The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause.
