Registration Fee

Registration fee is paid in NOKs, which is the currency of Norway.

The fee includes 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government.  For those eligible, VAT refund can be arranged, each individual attendee (or their organization) must apply for this on their own, see here for more info.

The conference fee includes conference participation, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, lunches, conference proceedings and industry tour.

The Early-Bird fee applies until 17 July. From 18 July the fee is increased by 1.000 NOK.

Terms and Conditions

The registration is binding. There will be a Cancellation Fee of NOK 800 for cancellations received before 31 July 2023. There will be no refunds for cancellations received from 1 August 2023. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to: apms2023@konferanser.ntnu.no Another person from the same company may replace you without additional costs. For refunds, we will use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed by the registrant. The registrant will in no case be charged for this repayment. Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by this.
