If you require that details on the invoice be corrected after the invoice has been issued, this will necessitate that we cancel the invoice and issue a new one. Issuing a second invoice incurs an administrative fee of 125NOK.

If you cancel before December 15, 2025, you will be issued a full refund excluding a cancellation fee of NOK 500. Cancellations received after December 15 will not be refunded, however someone from the same organisation may replace you if we are notified ahead of time. Cancellation of your registration must be sent by e-mail to: deepwind@konferanser.ntnu.no Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obligated to compensate for losses caused by this.
