The following billing details will be present on your receipt or invoice. Payment by invoice entails an administrative fee of 150NOK per invoice issued. Therefore, if you wish to pay by invoice, please make sure your billing details are complete and correct before submitting your registration and indicate whether you are paying by invoice below.

Terms and Conditions
The registration is binding. In the event of cancellation, the exhibitor will obtain a refund of the paid amount excluding a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of the sponsorship if the cancellation is made before March 15, 2025. There will be no right to compensation beyond that. Cancellations made after March 15, 2025 will not be refunded. This also applies to any additional equipment/content ordered.
