Conference Fees

Registration fees are paid in Norwegian kroners (NOK), which is the currency of Norway.

The fees are inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government, access to all conference talks, three lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and Welcome Reception.

Early fee lasts until 30 September.  From 1 October the registration fee will be increased by 1000 NOK.

Social Programme

Accommodation

Accommodation through the conference registration site is now closed.

Please contact the Conference hotels,  Quality Hotel Augustin and Thon Nidaros to check if they have  rooms available.

Payment has to be done by card on the last page of your registration.
Please fill in billing details for your receipt which will be sent to your registered e-mail address after your have completed registration.
If you do not need these details on your receipt, write N/A.

Billing address (this address) will also appear on your receipt when you pay by credit card.
Please make sure that the billing address is correct. If the address is incorrect, and a new receipt must be issued, it entails a fee of 75NOK .

Terms and Conditions
The registration is binding.  You will receive payment receipt in a separate e-mail. Cancellation fee is NOK 700 NOK for cancellations made within 24 October. From 25 October no refund is applicable. If you are unable to attend the conference you can choose to replace yourself with a colleague. Please confirm their details (name and e-mail address) in writing. All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to: earlisig27@konferanser.ntnu.no Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel in case of unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by this.
