Registration fees

Registration fee is paid in NOKs, which is the currency of Norway. The fee is inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government.
The fees are inclusive of access to all conference talks, poster session, three lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), Welcome Reception, organ recital in the Nidaros Cathedral and the Conference Dinner.
Early fee lasts until 10 April 2024. From 11 April the registration fee will be increased by 1200 NOK.

Accommodation

Accommodation through the conference registration site is now closed.

Please contact the Conference hotels,  Comfort Park Hotel  ,  Thon Hotel  Nidaros or Quality Hotel Augustin to check if they have any rooms available.

Payment will be done by card on the last page of your registration.
Please fill in billing details for your invoice/receipt which will be sent to your registered e-mail address after your have completed registration.
If you do not need these details on your receipt, write N/A.

Billing address (this address) will also appear on your receipt if you pay by credit card)
Please make sure that the billing address is correct. If the address is incorrect, and a new invoice must be issued , it entails a fee of 75NOK .

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat, E-mail: ecapd2024@konferanser.ntnu.no The cancellation fee is NOK 700 for cancellations received by 30 April. For cancellations received from 1 May will be no refund Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Refund: The same payment method will be used as for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed the registrant. The registrant will in no case be charged for this repayment. Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause.
