The 22nd International Conference on the European Energy Market (EEM) will take place from 22 to 24, June 2026 in Trondheim, Norway, at the main campus of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Registration fees

Registration fees include admission to all plenary sessions and scientific sessions, access to the digital proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, as well as the welcome reception and the conference dinner. In Norway the value added tax is 25%.

Author registration covers one paper. Choose the "additional paper" option below if you want to register a second paper. You cannot register more than two papers.

IEEE members and students are eligible to discounted fees. Please note that an IEEE membership number and a valid student ID must be provided when selecting these registration categories.

The accompanying person fee includes only the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

A cancellation fee of NOK 500 NOK applies until May 15. Cancellations after May 15, 2026 will not be refundable.

A discounted early-bird fee is offered until May 15.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations made prior to 15 May 2026 will be refunded, less a NOK 500 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Someone from the same organization as you can take over your registration if you are unable to attend. Liability: The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obligated to compensate for losses caused by this.
