Presentation form

To be considered for an oral presentation, abstracts must be received by June 15th, 2025.
To be included in the poster session, abstracts must be received by September 5th, 2025.

Accommodation

Please make sure you have the correct dates for check-in and check-out.
The accommodation booking must be guaranteed with a credit card.
The accommodation is binding and must be payed directly to the hotel upon arrival. 
The room booking can be cancelled free of charge by July 5th, 2025, by sending an email to: DNAdamage@konferanser.ntnu.no
After July 5th, one night no-show fee will apply.

For registration to be accepted the payment should be completed within 30 days from registering. The registration is binding. Applications for reimbursement will not be considered after July 5th 2025.
