Cancellations must be made in writing by Email to the Local Chair. Cancellations will be subject to a processing fee of 550NOK by 15th August, 2023. No refunds will be made after 15th August, 2023. The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause.
