Registration fees

Registration fee is paid in NOKs, which is the currency of Norway. The fee is inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government.
The conference fee is inclusive of access to all conference talks, poster session, four lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Gala Dinner.
Early fee lasts until 15 March 2019 (extended until 26 March). From 27 March the conference fee will be increased by 1500 NOK (regular) / 1000 NOK (students).

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat, E-mail: ibol2019@videre.ntnu.no The cancellation fee is NOK 700 for cancellations received by 15 May. For cancellations received after 15 May, the conference fee must be paid in full. The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause.
