IDUN - From PhD to Professor

Welcome to the IDUN launch event!
In the IDUN project we will address three different issues to improve gender equality. We shall:
- recruit more women to all levels, from PhD to professor.
- limit the dropout rate for women.
- help to increase the proportion of women in international research projects.
The IDUN Launch Event offers 100 places for master, PhD, PostDoc, and permanent scientific staff at the Faculty of Information Technology and Electronics, 50 of which are reserved to female participants. The goal is to share information about the IDUN Scientific Mentoring Program and – in its spirit – motivate all of us to imagine an amazing future in excellent research. Speakers from the NTNU as well as international guests are invited to share their vision on inclusion and diversity in academia. There will be a lot of opportunities for mingling and networking.
