Registration fee

Conference registration fee is paid in NOK. The fee includes lunches and coffee breaks during main conference, full program included socical events and 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government. The conference registration fees will increase from 15 May and from 8. June.

If you have submitted a paper; please enter your paper number below

Each registration includes up to two (2) papers.
A single presenter may not register multiple papers on behalf of different authors. Each paper should be presented by one of its authors.

If your paper exceeds 8 pages, you may purchase up to two (2) additional pages per paper.

Information on invoice/ receipt

Please enter your billing details exactly as they should appear on the invoice or receipt. Please note that the option to pay by invoice will close one month prior to the conference start date.

Important: Make sure all information is correct before submitting your registration. Once the invoice is issued, these details can't be modified.

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Help Desk - e-mail: fusion@konferanser.ntnu.no Cancellation fee will be NOK 1000 administration charge for cancellations received before 23 May. For cancellations received from 23 May the fees must be paid in full. Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obligated to compensate for losses caused by this. Please accept the terms and conditions.
Payment

If you choose to pay by invoice, please ensure that all required information has been correctly completed on the previous page before proceeding. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be modified.

Please note that the option to pay by invoice will close one month prior to the conference start date. Please make sure that you reach the "Thank you page" and receive a confirmation email to complete your registration.
