Registrations are binding. Any cancellations must be submitted to: inalco2026@konferanser.ntnu.no

The cancellation fee is NOK 700 for cancellations received by April 15. No refund for cancellations received from April 15. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. Refund: The same payment method will be used as for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with the registrant. The registrant will in no case be charged for this repayment.

Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
