Terms and Conditions
When registering a sponsorship package or exhibition, 10% of the fee constitutes a startup fee. The fee covers the organizers expenses in conjunction with the marketing of sponsors and exhibitors on the conference website. If the sponsor / exhibitor chooses to cancel, or the organizer cancels, due to unforeseen circumstances, this fee will not be refunded. If the sponsor / exhibitor chooses to cancel later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference, the contract is considered binding, and no fees will be refunded.
