ACM does not sell, rent, or exchange email addresses of its members, conference attendees, etc. Conference attendees have the option of receiving announcements about new, improved and updated products and services available through ACM.

Conference fee

Conference fee includes registration to Internetware and all the sessions from Friday to Sunday. Social events as reception Friday and conference dinner on Saturday are included in the fee. Lunch is included. The conference fee is in NOK and includes VAT. Currency calculator here . The early registration deadline is May 1 CEST. The fees will increase from May 2. The early/late fee switch will follow CEST time zone.

Demographic Survey

ACM has adopted new demographic questions to understand current levels of participation and to gauge our success at advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all ACM activities. The updated set of demographic questions were developed by ACM’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and are very similar to demographic questions recently developed, tested, and adopted by other global scholarly publishers and professional societies. In adopting the updated questions, ACM has mandated that they be used throughout ACM for all activities, and responses will be required from all ACM authors, reviewers, conference attendees, volunteers, and members. The Conference Organizing Team must be notified in writing by e-mail at internetware@konferanser.ntnu.no in case of cancellation or any change of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. If you are unable to attend you may substitute another participant in your place by choosing the option when modifying your registration. The following cancellation conditions apply: Before 23:59 May 23 (CEST) 2025: Full refund of the registration fee, administration fee of NOK 1000 will be applied. No refund after May 23. Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel in case of unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by this.
