The Meeting of Participants (MoP) is the equivalent of an Annual General Meeting, including voting. All Annual Conference delegates are welcome to attend the LIBER Annual Meeting of Participants, but only official representatives of LIBER Member institutions can vote.

Workshops

Workshops will take place on Wednesday, 1 July & Thursday 2 July, from 16:00 to 18:00

Delegates must register for their chosen workshop as part of their overall LIBER 2026 conference registration. Delegates will be able to attend only one of them. Choose the workshop of your interest.

Please note that spaces are limited; the organisation will handle registrations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alongside the workshops, we offer a parallel programme of thematic sessions and networking activities, providing participants with additional opportunities to engage and connect throughout the conference.

Conference Reception at the Student Society (Studentersamfundet)

Please note that the Organ Concert at Nidaros Cathedral (Nidarosdomen) will precede the Conference Reception. The Cathedral is within walking distance (8 minutes) to The Student Society. The Conference Reception is included in your registration fee, and all attendees are invited to join us. Please indicate whether you will be attending:

Book accommodation

Special rates have been secured at hotels of varying budgets for conference participants. Accommodation at these rates can only be booked via this form. 

Room rates include bed and breakfast, as well as VAT. The rates shown are for the entire duration of your stay. Payment is made directly at the hotel when you arrive, but we require your credit card information to guarantee your booking.

If you do not wish to book right now, but change your mind, contact us by e-mail at liber2026@konferanser.ntnu.no. Please be aware that only a limited amount of rooms are available at these rates.

 

N.B. LIBER 2026 does not collaborate with any third party travel agencies. If a travel agency has contact you regarding a booking in Trondheim and you have not been in contact with this agency, please inform us. All hotel bookings at conference rates must be done via the registration form and any changes to the booking must be communicated to the conference's official e-mail address stated above.

Summary

Terms and conditions

Cancellation before and including 15 May 2026 incurs a 500NOK cancellation fee; The same payment method will be used as for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed the registrant. The registrant will in no case be charged for this repayment.

Cancellations after 15 May 2026 incur a 50% cancellation fee (*minus the services costs); After 31 May 2026 no restitution will be provided; there is no restitution in case of a no-show. Cancellations for medical or other emergency reasons can only be considered upon the provision of evidence of such an emergency by the delegate. It is the discretion of the Local Host to decide on a (partial) restitution in these cases. Contact: liber2026@konferanser.ntnu.no to cancel.
