Conference Registration Fees

Conference registration fees are paid in NOK, which is the currency of Norway. The fees are inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government.
The conference fee is inclusive of 3 days conference with lunches, coffee breaks, reception and conference dinner. Please remember to select the option here below for including the reception and conference dinner.

Authors of accepted papers must register AND pay for the conference BEFORE uploading the final paper. The final paper upload is possible only with the Registration ID Code that will be sent to the authors once the registration and payment are completed. Only one paper can be uploaded per standard registration fee. Additional paper uploads are subject to additional fees. Presentation of papers and extended abstracts requires a registration. Papers will be included in the program and proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee, and presented the paper at the conference.

Need accommodation?

IFAC-MIM have reserved rooms at good prices for the conference. There is a lot happening in the city during this period, so we recommend you to book as early as possible. To get access to these rooms, please see information in your confirmation email from your conference registration. You can also get access to the hotels through our Conference Website.

Optional Tours July 1 and Industrial Visits July 4

The list of optional tours and industrial visit is available on the Conference Website. Please be aware that the list will be continually updated. Final list will be available in April. Registration for tours will be open in April/May and it will remain open until the conference dates.

Cancellations made before May 1, 2025 will be refunded excluded a 500NOK handling fee. Cancellations after May 1, 2025 will not be refundable. Someone from the same organization as you can take over your registration. Liability: The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obligated to compensate for losses caused by this.
