Registration Fee

Conference registration fee is paid in NOK. The fee includes 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government. The conference fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, organ concert in the Nidaros Cathedral followed by Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 11 June and Conference Dinner on Thursday, 12 June. Regular fee lasts until 17 May. From 17 May the conference fee will be increased by NOK 1000 for regular participants and with 500 for students.

Please note that there is a large international concert in Trondheim on June 12, with many visitors from all over the country so we recommend conference participants to make reservations early.

Comfort Hotel Park

We have reserved some room at Comfort Hotel Park situated is near campus and Nidarosdomen Cathedral. Direct booking here.
Room rate: 1950 NOK single room

Please note that reservations must be made before May 11,2025 and you must guarantee your reservation with credit card.
After this date, the rooms will be released. Payment directly to the hotel during checkout. Free cancellation is available until June 8, 2025.
After that, a cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel depending on how late the cancellation is.
In case of a no-show, the hotel will charge your credit card the full price.

Scandic Bakklandet

We have reserved some rooms at Scandic Bakklandet for participants. Please note that reservations must be made before May 11,2025 and you must guarantee your reservation with credit card.
After this date, the rooms will be released. Payment directly to the hotel during checkout. Free cancellation is available until May 29 at 18:00 (norwegian time), 2025.
After that, a cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel depending on how late the cancellation is.
In case of a no-show, the hotel will charge your credit card the full price.

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Help Desk - e-mail: npd2025@konferanser.ntnu.no Cancellation fee will be NOK 500 administration charge for cancellations received within 1 May. For cancellations received from 2 May the fees must be paid in full. The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 20 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. Please accept the terms and conditions.
