Conference registration fee is paid in NOK. The fee is inclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government. The conference fee is inclusive of conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and social events.

Refund and cancellation

Cancellations are possible before 17.05.2025 with a cancellation fee of 200NOK. After this date there will be no refunds due to conference commitments, lunches, coffee breaks, the conference dinner and boat trip. If need a refund after 17.05.2025, please consult with your travel insurance and/or your institution.
