Conference fee includes one registration to R.A.M.S EUROPE. Lunches and conference dinner on Wednesday June 24 are included in the fee. The conference fee is in NOK and includes VAT. Currency calculator here .

Social Event

The conference fee includes a special dinner on Wednesday June 24, but to reduce food waste we would like you to confirm attendance. You are welcome to bring up to four guests to the dinner. Please indicate the number of tickets and provide names, email addresses, and any dietary requirements or allergies.

Receipt Information

Please make sure that the billing address is correct. If the address is incorrect and a new invoice/receipt must be issued which entails a fee of 75NOK including VAT. Note that many employers require that a VAT number, PO/reference number be provided on the receipt. If you do not need this information for reimbursement at your organization. Conference Policies Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by April 26, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of NOK 1000 deducted from each refund. Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address Trevor.Craney@collins.com no later than Jun 22, 2026. Note: Max 2 presentations acceptences per registration (papers + presentations + posters) Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel in case of unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by this.
