When ticking of the box, you (the author(s)) agree to:
Grant the chair committee of the International Symposium on Air Lubrication Technologies (Prof. Lars Erik Holmedal, Prof. Kourosh Koushan, Assoc. Prof. Simo Mäkiharju and Prof. Luca Savio) the rights to publish our abstract in printed and electronic versions of the proceedings of International Symposium on Air Lubrication Technologies.
You also grant the right to publish your abstract on the symposium web page.
In return for these rights, the International Symposium on Air Lubrication Technologies hereby grants to the above authors, and the employers for whom the work was performed, royalty-free permission to perform the following:
1. Retain all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights.
2. Reuse all or portions of the above abstract in other works.
3. Reproduce, or have reproduced, the above abstract for the personal use of the author or for company use provided that the source and SALT copyright are indicated; the copies are not used in a way that implies SALT endorsement of a product or service of an employer; and the copies per se are not offered for sale.
4. Make limited distribution of all or portions of the above abstract prior to publication.
5. In the case of work performed under U.S. government contract, SALT grants the U.S. government royalty-free permission to reproduce all or portions of the above abstract, and to authorize others to do so, for U.S. government purposes.
In the event the above abstract is not accepted and published by the International Symposium on Air Lubrication Technologies, this agreement will become null and void.
You/The Author declares that any person named as co-author of the Contribution is aware of the fact and has agreed to being so named and that all authors have been advised and have consented to the terms of this form.
You/The Author guarantees that the Contribution is original, has not been published previously, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that any necessary permission to quote from another source has been obtained. (A copy of any such permission should be sent to SALT-organizers.)
