Registration fee

The registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks and social events.

Registration fees are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), 25% VAT will be added. The VAT no. of SINTEF Energi AS is NO 939 350 675 VAT.
Conference participants from outside of Norway will be able to reclaim the VAT amount. They will receive a receipt from us, with the VAT amount specified, for this purpose.

The reception starts at 19:00. (We encourage the participants to register during the welcome reception)

Guided tour 17 June - Accompanying person

Guided tour in Trondheim from 10:00-12:00. Meeting point: In front of the Nidaros Cathedral Cafeteria.

Concert and informal gathering 17 June

The concert at Nidaros Cathedral starts at 19:00, and the informal gathering at The Archbishop's Palace starts at 19:45.

Conference dinner 18 June at Scandic Lerkendal Hotel

The Conference dinner starts at 19:00.

Grab and Go lunch on 19 June

Grab and Go lunch on the 19 June must be preordered. To limit food waste to a minimum, we ask you to tick this box if you would like to grab lunch on the last day of the conference.

The registration is binding. There will be a Cancellation Fee of NOK 500 for cancellations received before 1 June 2025. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date. Invoices will not be issued after 1 May 2025. Payments must be received no later than 1 June 2025 for your registration to be valid. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to: tccs@konferanser.ntnu.no Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. Please accept the terms and conditions and press "Next" below to proceed with your registration.
