Payment is done by Credit Card only, in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Early fee registration until June 15th 2023. Late fee of 2000 NOK after early fee ends. Value added tax (VAT) is included in the conference fee.

Cancellation of your registration must be sent by e-mail to: contact-teamsociety@energy.ntnu.edu Full refund except a cancellation fee of NOK 500 until August 26. 2023 Cancellations received after August 26. 2023 will not be refundable. Liability The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by this. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft of the registrant´s belongings (wardrobe, valuables, technology, etc.) or vehicle, nor for accidents or damage to these.
