About IDUN - from PhD to Professor

Researchers from all departments at the Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (IE) were encouraged to build teams of 3-7 scientists and to suggest a mentor, an event and a common research topic they would like to work on within the IDUN’s Scientific Mentoring program. 

The IDUN project aims at increasing the number of female scientists in top positions at the IE faculty and will recruit seven female adjunct professors acting as mentors and role models for the researchers at the faculties seven departments located in Ålesund, Gjøvik and Trondheim. The female mentors are employed from August 2020 for the duration of two years.
